of the gas cylinder. If and how often a refill can be needed
depends on the consumption of gas.
Further a cleaning charge of 75,--Euro. Andalusia is well known for its mild climate Klima. Thatīs why we offer special offers for longtherm stays during winter. We do appreciate your inquiry! In case of booking our house, we would like our customers to pay a first installment (25 % of the rent) within 14 days after having subscribed the tenancy agreement. The paymnet of balance including the cleaning charge has to be assigned to our banking-account at least 4 weeks before the term of tenancy begins. At the same time a deposit of 250,--Euro has to be assigned to our banking-account, which will be assigned back to the banking-account of our customers within one week. |
