Additional costs might be about 12,--Euro for every needed refill
of the gas cylinder. If and how often a refill can be needed
depends on the consumption of gas.
Further a cleaning charge of 75,--Euro. Andalusia is well known for its mild climate Klima. That´s why we offer special offers for longtherm stays during winter. We do appreciate your inquiry! In case of booking our house, we would like our customers to pay a first installment (25 % of the rent) within 14 days after having subscribed the tenancy agreement. The paymnet of balance including the cleaning charge has to be assigned to our banking-account at least 4 weeks before the term of tenancy begins. At the same time a deposit of 250,--Euro has to be assigned to our banking-account, which will be assigned back to the banking-account of our customers within one week. |
